What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in NZD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Delivery within New Zealand typically takes:

• North Island: 1–2 business days
• South Island: 2–3 business days

We ship daily from our Auckland and Tauranga warehouses, and all local orders come with full tracking. 
If your order includes items from our overseas warehouse, delivery may take 7–12 business days, and your order may arrive in separate shipments. Your estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout based on your location and the product type.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Yes! If the product is damaged, defective, or you're simply not satisfied, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
• Include your order number and name inside the return package.
• If your item is still in transit, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
   

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it with no penalty.
If it’s already been dispatched, you can return it once it arrives by following our returns process.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@urbancaps.co.nz. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on where the product is coming from:

• Local Stock (Auckland & Tauranga warehouses):
• North Island: 1–2 business days
• South Island: 2–3 business days
• Overseas Fulfillment:
• Nationwide: 7–12 business days
